Manual Methods to Improve Baseball Pitching Mechanics


This course is for Manual Therapists who want to improve the range of motion needed for optimal baseball pitching mechanics.

You will learn the six phases of overhead throwing and how each body part relates to others in order to perform the perfect pitch.

You will learn key areas in the body where soft tissue restrictions take place and how to remove them. A strong background in muscular and skeletal anatomy is preferred. Muscle, Fascia and skin will be addressed with various techniques which are unique to Dr Donna’s clinical experience of over 20 years.
